Suggest Remedy For Shoulder Pain And Numbness In Fingers

a week ago was shocked threw the right hand by 275 or more volts when working on a rools welding machine at a gravel pit. At first hurt then in top of right shoulder pain and numbness in fingers. the the pain moved down into the top of the arm. Now 9 days later my arm and hand swollen,forearm and fingers like my nerves are on top of the skin. But i am developing blisters on my hand and on my arm. They are full of presure. The doctor wont be in till tuesday. what should i do. or what is happening.

With shoulder pain, numbness, swelling and blisters on arm having developed after electric shock, have developed due to infection. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice put a sling on forearm on to around the neck to keep elevated ,orally tab amoxy cv 625 twice a day, tab metronidazole twice a day, inj. Gentamycin 2 ml im three times a day , tab bruffen 400mg with peracetamol three times a day and silver sulphadizine cream for local use, i will add cap B complex three times a day. I will advice physiotherapy as moving fingers.
