My husband has a sexual addiction... but I also wonder if it could be partly related to obsessive/compulsive disorder. He keeps himself aroused for long periods and then masterbates... all day... every day. Over the years it has gotten worse and it has not only interfeared with our relationship, but work also...because he doesn't have the ability to concentrate on anything long enough to accomplish a project. A one day job turns into three days for him. He says he has a problem but is too emabarassed to seek help and so our marriage has reached it's limits. What would you suggest?
