Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe tooth pain which is mainly because of residual infection in root canal area. It could be due to poor oral hygiene as well. need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit dentist and get IOPA done to check level of infection. If it is there go for root canal treatment. Take proper antibiotic course. You should do brushing and flossing twice daily. You should avoid intake of junk food. Go gargles with antiseptic mouthwash. Maintain proper oral hygiene.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
