Suggest Remedy For Severe, Sharp Pain In Knee After Tear And Snapped Out Kneecap

I am 45 and in good shape, quite active but have had problems with my knees especially the right knee for 2 years and I have perhaps injured them through yoga -but also I was hit 1 year ago by a motorcycle which really hurt my right knee and hip as the impact was in my right thigh (which now has an indentation). I have been trying to use band supports when exercising but 3 months ago I was in the Pacific ocean and was hit by a strong wave which smashed my right knee out of joint and I had to push it back in place-it was terribly painful and remains tender and has snapped out several times since, when turning slightly. Then last week in getting out of a pool and trying to avoid using my right knee, I put weight on my left and felt a sharp tearing on my left kneecap against the stone! There is no bruise or mark but 1 week later, touching that spot on the kneecap is still excruciating and burning like a tear and something is a little lump and loose on the kneecap. Is there a way to fix these problems? Will my knees ever be good enough again to resume my activities? What can I do?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having a injury to ligament of your right and it frequently dislocated.I think you can get its ligaments specially ACL repaired. Now you got injury to your left knee.It got hematoma. There is nothing to worry about it, it will resolve itself in due course of time. You can apply thrmbophobe gel local application without rubbing it. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. You can also write to me directly on below link:
