Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pain in upper side of mouth along with pain in side of neck and discomfort in closing the mouth all seems to be interconnected and can be due to TMJ problem or other causes like decayed teeth or nerve trauma..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x-ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen and muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxasone..
Take soft diet and maintain a good oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps.

Thanks and regards.
