Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Chest

I get bad chest pains every day and I ve had this issue for about 3 years now. The pain seems to be getting worse. I have been to a heart specialist, lung specialist, and a GI specialist. None of them found anything. I feel like a hypochondriac. The pain is very real and now seem to be all over, not just my chest any more. Some times I feel like my body is one big bruise. I m really scared and very concerned about the chest pain. The pain in my chest is sharp and it hurts to touch. Can someone please help me?

HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

Chest pain could be due to problems in Heart , Lungs , Lung coverings ( Pleura ) , Muscular problems , Hyper acidity or Nerve compression at neck Level .

I need to know more about your chest pain to diagnose the cause .

1. Is the pain intermittent or continuous ?
2. What is the nature of pain ? Burning or Pricking or Squeezing ?
3. Does the pain increases on coughing or sneezing or taking a deep breath ?
4. Does the pain increases on neck movements?
5. Is there any giddiness or breathing difficulty ?

Since you have been already evaluated by Heart and GI specialist I would consider Nerve compression at neck Level as the possible cause of chest pain. For the confirmation of this diagnosis you need to get MRI Cervical Spine done . If the scan confirms my diagnosis then you need to do daily slow rotational exercise of your neck . Also you need to ask a prescription of Pregabalin and use for 3-4 months .

Revert back to me with details asked and MRI report.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.
