Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Arm And Shoulder?

I have shoulder pain when moving and raising my arm, specifically if I turn my hands upwards or move my arm across my body. Lifting is out of the question and if I move my arm too far the pain is unbearable. It felt fine while playing hockey last night, however the pain began shortly afterwards and continues 18 hours afterwards.

If i would be your treating doctor I would advice you to take,
- tablet Sallaki MR 1 tablet 2-3 times a day after food.
-mild massage with mahanarayan oil.
This medicine is not given without prescription so consult to local doctor.
