Hello and welcome to HCM. As a specialist, let me advise you,an orthopedic specialist must examine you urgently. The ACL reconstruction in '13, isn't doing you good. Swelling and pain are suggestive of inflammation. Stop walking 1 km, till orthopedic surgeon has examined your joint, as it may aggravate the injury and swelling. The doctor is likely to ask for a MRI scan of knee joint, and then suggest Arthroscopy and further treatment. Wish you well. Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
