Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain And Numbness In Right Side Of Face, Temple And Eye

Hi I fell asleep on the lounge (head on the right side) and woke to an excruciating headache on the right side of my face near my temple causing my right eye to hardly open - a feeling of paralysation or something down the right side of my face. I also sounded quite nasally when I woke up, and my usual migraine medication didn t seem to work. what could this have been?
