Suggest Remedy For Severe Lower Back And Abdominal Pain During Menstruation
I am on my period. I was taking my tampon out and it got harder and harder. Once I finally got it removed it was full with blood and clots, now I am hurting in my lower back and below my belly button from hip to hip. I don t know what to do. I am hurting. It burns to pee. And the pain is getting worse.

It seems that there might be having infection in lower genito-urinary tract giving rise this problem.
This might be due to tampon remained inside for more time.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5 days.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
