Suggest Remedy For Severe Knee Pain Due To Ligament Tear

I am 18 years old. I have torn both of my ACLs and have torn meniscus in both knees. The knee that is bothering me is my left knee. I have 50% lateral meniscus left and 25% medial meniscus left. After standing up from a desk after an hour or so I experience a large amount of pain and can barley walk. that only lasts about 10-15 seconds and then I am alright. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

For severe knee pain due to ligament tear you have to take some painkiller like tab ultracet-th or tab osteonac-th twice daily after meals. You can also use volini gel or powergesic gel for local application as it is helpful in reducing the pain. Apart from this as you history suggest you have to go for some sort of surgical correction as well as physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion.
