Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache

I am prescribed two, 10mg IR Adderalls throughout the day, for my ADD. Why do I get temple headaches? I assume it s because of increased blood-flow, and if so, how could you prevent this if most ADD medications are stimulants. It seems as if this is one of the side-affects that will always have a relationship with this type of medication.
