Suggest Remedy For Severe Gastric Problem With Hypertension

hi..my mothers age is 65+. she is having severe gastric problem and hypertension. she is taking propanolol 10 mg, angizaar-h (losartan 50 mg + hydrochlorthiazide 12.5 mg). rabeprazole sod. 20 mg and arkamin (clonidine 100 mcg, bid). but still she is facing severe gas in the evening and bp shoot up during nights and early morning. please suggest what to do..

first of all you have not mentioned the timings when she takes the hypertensive medications...and at what range her blood pressure remains normally...
anyways you can replace rabeprazole with pantoprazole+levosulpiride combination taken once daily before breakfast....it will reduce the acid as well as normalise the gastric motility....
also add tablet stamlo 5/10 according to the range of her blood pressure at night before going to bed....

get a lipid profile and regular cardiac checkup done....
