Suggest Remedy For Severe Ear Pain

Can moderate to severe pain in the right ear, which extends to the tongue, be a symptokm of giant cell arteritis? The GA is currently controlled with Prednisone and Methatrexate, but the localized pain near the temporal region has me worried that we may have more than an ear infection.

no it is giant cell arteritis involving temporal artery now..better is consult your physician and he might increase your dose of steroid and mtx
