Suggest Remedy For Severe And Painful UTI

hi, I have UTI for almost a week now. I drink a lot of water since then, and sometimes I dilute it with vinegar as I research it's also good for UTI, but i still fell that the infection is still there because it is still painful when I urinate. I don't want to take antibiotic because I don't want to kill the good bacteria as well, I just want to treat my UTI the natural way... what must I do?

Hello
thanks for using health care magic

Its unfortunate you do not want to take antibiotics. Urinary
tract infections are treated with antibiotics.

What need to be done is that, the urine has to be collected
and tested i.e. cultured to isolate the right bacteria that is
causing the trouble and also do an antibiotic sensitivity tests
to know which antibiotics will effectively kill the bacteria.

No amount of water will cure the infection and the risk is that
it might progress to pyelonephritis which is infection of upper
urinary tract.

Wishing you good health
