Oral antibiotics are antibacterial as well as antiinflammatory in action, therefore take better control of Inflammatory acne. Besides I would also suggest Oral Retinoids e.g Isotretinoin, for acne that is moderately severe and also associated with Oily skin. Oral Retinoids are antiinflammatory, comedolytic as well as sebostatic i.e reduce oil secretion. Topical antiacne treatment is an important part of the overall treatment of acne and includes clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel, once or twice daily. These are all prescription products; I suggest you to talk to your doctor for the needful.
