Suggest Remedy For Scar In Chest Due To Pneumonia

Hello sir/madam, I am from Nepal, last time I apply for golf country and after medical I got unfit for small scar on my chest which I did from medical institute. Then later on I took that x-ray report to show the other x-ray expert doctor and he told that the scar is of pneumonia and it never harm in the future. So do I get medically fit certificate in golf country if I go from Nepal anyhow? According to Golf country, as I have heard that no will be excuse if there seen any small scar after chest x-ray. Don t they go clearly what kind of scar is that? I wish they could excuse me for my scar of pneumonia. So would you mind if you tell me what should I do in this case? Would it be better or not if I apply for golf country again.Regards

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on HCM. I am practsing in India and indian patients also face the same problem. I advice these things in them.
1. CT Thorax with contrast
2. Bronchoscopy and BAL analysis.
If both of these are negative than it is clear that your scar is inactive. And you are not having TB or pneumonia at present.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss these with him. And than you apply for gulf visa.
