It can spread over various parts of body and needs proper treatment with antifungal medications.. You should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and along with clinical evaluation microscopic examination of the scraping can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. You can be advised topical antifungals like Miconazole, Ketoconazole, Terbinafine etc.. Oral antifungal medicines like Griseofulvin, Fluconazole etc can be given in resistant cases..
