Hello,

I can understand your concern for the greying of the hair along with the problem of ankylosing spondylitis. I can get that you have grey appearign suddenly. to tell you simply about the greying of hair - the hair roots contains color forming cells known as melanocytes. These continuously secretes color into the hair shaft. During aging process after the age of 30-35 years these stops functioning in a skewed manner and accordingly the hair becomes grey slowly.
I counsel my patients to take vitamins in the form of biotin, calicium pantothenate and other vitamin B complexes. I suggest my patients to take a multivitamin tablets with essential nutrients and zinc.
I suggesr my patints to apply a hair serum with phytic acid, Amino acids, peptides & Acetyl Hexapeptide-1 to protects hair from stress as well as UV rays causing structural damage. You should consult a dermatologist and take guidance for the same.
All the best.
