Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On Leg

hi i have sore red tiny spots on my lower leg which turn to brown patches. the spot tend to develop overnight and after a couple of days turn to brown patches. i have asked a consultant and he maintained that it is stress-induced. any help. I am male 33.

Thank you for posting on HCM
From your description, it seems you have got Tinea corporis, a sort of fungal skin infection.
I would recommend you consult a dermatologist for proper management.
I generally recommend proper course of oral antifungal drug like fluconazole / itraconazole along with local application of sertaconazole or luliconazole cream over affected areas.
Take oral antihistaminics for itching as required.
