hi thank you for asking your concern and welcome to HCM. i would like to ask few things for this are your symptom continuous? if yes then it may be an allergic rhinitis but it is very unlikely to have wheeze in it. is it seasonal or episodic? do you feel ok in between episodes? do cough wakes you up in night? if yes then it could be an asthma. do you feel pain on touch on both side of nose on pressing it or over the mid eyebrow area? if yes then it could be sinusitis. in any of the above case you should consult may be a md medicine because diagnosis is important in your case not just symptomatic treatment. for each condition treatment varies and their mode also varies. so you must take a consultation. i hope i answered your concern if you feel any doubt please ask us regards dr. Abhijit
