Suggest Remedy For Recurred Runny Nose And Cough Post Strep Throat Treatment

My daughter was diagnosed with strep throat two weeks ago, took all her amoxcillin and went back 6 days ago to get re checked cause of fever. They gave her a higher dose this time and has been feeling fine up tell today, her fever is back and runny nose and cough but says she feels fine what do I do

First tell me how old is your daughter?
What medications is she taking?

Answer me the above and i can adjust the dosage.
Also you can give tablet paracetamol for fever and tablet levocetrizine at night as antiallergic.
I believe antibiotics and cough syrup are already prescribed.
If not, they should also be administered.
