Your symptoms of internal haemorrhoids have clearly progressed in the last 8 years.
The discharge could possibly represent the formation of any infective focus like an
abscess.
It's very important that you get a
CT scan of the pelvis to accurately locate and stage abscess.
Likewise at the same time a per
rectal examination by a surgeon is mandated in your case to stage internal haemorrhoids.
Based on the results appropriate surgical intervention will be carried out.
Pertaining to the
numbness and pain of the elbows down to arms, this probably represents a manifestation of
sarcoidosis itself.
I advise you to get serum calcium levels checked.
Since bone involvement is common in sarcoidosis, x-ray of both forearms in AP and lateral views will be helpful.
