Suggest Remedy For Rashes And Pimples On Face

Hi, ive been using lots if skin products but it seems none of it fits me.and now my skin is full with small pimples like rashes.i dont know what the cause of it.maybe because the irritation caused by the previous product.and now im just using ensemtem wash lotion, the rashes seems to fade away once i wash my face using that.but it makes my skin dry, so what do i need to do?please help me

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have rashes and pimples on face . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like oily skin , hormonal changes , due to some medications , skin infection and sun exposure . I would suggest you to wash your face with cold water and face wash containing benzoyl peroxide , apply cream containing azelaic acid which is very effective and safe for use , Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin and apply vitamin E oil before going to bed . If condition doesn't get well or get worse then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( clindamycine ) along with isoteritenoin and corticosteroid ream .
