Hello I have a rash on the back of my neck. I saw a deramtologist last monday who said it was a ringworm. Since using the ketoconozale it is beginning to spread accross the width of my neck. I wen back and he said he could not se anything this past monday and today it is worse can you please help

HI, I understand your concern. Ring worm infection not responding to ointment ..needs addition of antifungal agents like Grisovin/ flucanozol orally. Alternatively it can be contact dermatitis / allergic/ exema. which needs anti allergic/ steroidal medicines. Please check with your dermatologist for change of medication/ addition of oral anti fungals. Thanks.
