Hi welcome to HCM.
Chest discomfort in your case seems atypical with cardiac cause, but nonetheless it warrants further investigation in the form of a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional screening echocardiography of the heart to rule out organic heart disease. In case of positive results coronary angiography can be done to document any circulation blocks.Drugs like antiplatelets are needed. In case of negative test results, nothing needs to done, except for periodical follow up semi annually.Monitor your BP regularly.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
