Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion as the injury was on.back chance of miscarriage is less.But if you feel any symptoms like abdominal cramping or spotting or even to confirm that the pregnancy is normal I would suggest to go for ultrasound.Take rest and panadol for pain.Dont worry.
