Suggest Remedy For Problem In Bowel Movements

Im looking for answers to my reoccurring problem with my BMs. I seem to have very sticky foul smelling stools that do not completely come out. I never have that relief feeling after a BM and typically struggle getting it out. What can I do to help change my BMs?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain sticky stools that are foul smelling along with constipation can be due to causes like food intolerance, excess intake of fatty and heavy meals,Inflammation of Pancreas, bleeding if digestive tract etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Blood test, stool test, Colonoscopy, Ultrasound etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
You can be advised increased fibre diet, stool softeners,anti-inflammatory medicines, proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole etc..
Drink plenty of water..
