Suggest Remedy For Problem In Bowel Movement

hi, im female and 27 years old. for the past 6-7 months i have had orange colourd mucus in my stools, i fell dizzy alot of the time, and have almost passed out on a number of occassions. I have had problems with very sharp pains in the lower pelvic area to the point where i find it difficult to move about, i also experience pain when passing stools but im not constipated. ive had a ultrasound to check for polycystic ovaries but the result was clear. please can you help?.

your concern being appreciate, the given symptoms could be due to ulcerative colitis, once the condition confirmed then it has to be managed accordingly, along with that better to get done the stool routine examination, dizziness pass out needs CT of brain just to rule out the cerebral disease, but it could be hysteric attack too, looking to your age it seems nonspecific type of complain so just control your thoughts, color of the stool could be due to diet taken if it is not the ulcerative colitis, pelvic area pain could be due to dysmenorrhea, or colicky pain, hope this information helps.
