Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am male about 35 years old from Pakistan baluchistan . i am married. i have 6 childrens. but i have a sex problem from the start of my marriage. my problem is premature ejaculation and back pain due to sex. when i start sex intercourse i ejaculate in about 1 minutes or earlier. therefore guide me and tell me some medication for that problem thanks
This is a very common problem and unfortunately, there’s no particular medication for the same. The commonest cause of premature ejaculation is the anxiety of performance or lack of sexual experience or increased excitation during forplay.
A behavioural technique such as squeeze-pause technique, desensitizing creams, distraction techniques, SRRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) are few common treatments useful in premature ejaculation.
You should take consultation with a sex therapist or psychologist, to be assessed properly.
Regards.
