Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
From your description it seems like you are having mucocele of the lip. It is a retention cyst of mucous usually due to rupture of salivary gland because of trauma like biting. It needs surgical excision or cauterization with electrosurgery.
Kindly consult a dermatologist for the same.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
