Suggest Remedy For Pimples And Pigmentation On Face
Hi Doctor Is betnovate n good for face... I have been using in my teens this cream but not now...actually when i was using this cream I had a good complextion without any facial pimples or pigmentation..now i have dark spots and pigmentation ...does betnovate n can clear this two skin problems or this cream have any side effects ..please let me know can I use this cream to get a clear skin..or what cream should I use to get clear skin

No, not at all. Betnovate N contains steroid which is not indicated for any lesion on the face. It is anti allergic cream used for eczema or allergic dermatitis on skin except face. Facial skin is tender. There are lot of chances to develop diiferent side effects like atrophy,depigmentation,telangiectesia,hypertrichosis..etc temporarily,you may feel better,but after long termuse..you might develop harmful side effects. So, never use it on face. It is not a drug mend for acne. There are many other good drugs for acne like clindamycine gel,benzoyl peroxide and so on.. For melanosis or pigmentation,kojic acid containing cream would give better result. In any case, never apply anything on face without consulting doctor...ok. I hope you got my answer.
