Hi

Infact the treatment is only surgical .

You can do the following till you make a decision to go for surgery .

-Take a course of antibiotics and in my opinion Co-amoxiclav and metronidazole for a week , if not already taken any antibiotics.

- do sitz bath in a hot/lukewarm water 3 times a day

- regular walk /exercises daily if you dont have any restrictions to do that .

- Good healthy diet

- To maintain a proper weight proportionate to your height (normal BMI 18-25).

_ proper maintenance of your personal and perianal hygiene.

Hope these measure help you to certain extent but not a complete cure.

Thank you
