Hello sir My patient has a problem of stomach pain an vomiting from an year approx periodically once in a month. And now she has spinal tb also as doctor told us. yesterday she had a number of vomit and pain and she is in icu and her vomit is till now continue.. and doctor told it is due to hard medicine. All medicines are not given at that time and being in icu there is no relax in vomit. Sir please suggest something to do. She is one of the best hospital of lucknow. The persistent vomiting can be due to Raised Intracranial.pressure and stomach pain due to vomiting

Please do CT Brain
If hydrocephalus is present the patient needs VP shunt
