Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns
....have u suffered from asthma or cold? Do u smoke?
Based upon the history you have provided it appear that u may have got pharyngitis. All u need is to stay calm and avoid cold food and drinks.
You may require proper antibiotics along with nasal decongestants as well as anti allergics.
Saline gargles three times daily will help u a lot.
So meet your doctor for proper management
Hope your query is adequately addressed
Regards
