welcome to Health care magic. 1.Similar symptoms are seen in any STD ( sexually transmitted diseases). 2.Exactly when it has acquired you can not be said ( anal / vaginal), generally seen after unprotected sex. But even in protection much failure rate is seen in the condoms. 3.What ever the symptoms you are describing, needs to be examined. 4.Get an appointment with your GP, let doctor examine you and maybe a swab can be sent to laboratory - to find out the organism. 5.Donot ignore / delay as they might give long term complications. Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
