Suggest Remedy For Pelvic Pain In Left Side Of Abdomen

Hello, I am a 20yr. Old female and I was just at the emergency room yesterday due to a left side pelvic pain. It burns and its a sharp pain the goes some-what up my left side. Every time I lay on my right side, or my back it feels like something is hanging. When I lay on my stomach it feels like I m laying on something hard, and its very uncomfortable. When I lay on my back I can feel a large lump moving in my stomach. Its hard and it has a pulse. It moves every so often. The pain is constant. The doctor at the hospital took some test and told me I had follicles on my left ovary. But I looked it up and it says that they usually dont hurt and they go away. But, it hurts really bad now and I feel like there s something else wrong. I don t know what else could be wrong. Please help. It hurts really bad when I lay on my left side. It wraps around my lower back side and my leg feels aggitated, annoyed like its sleep. Any side I lay on it feels like something is hanging. It hurts to press on it. Theres a hard lump thats by my left ovary as well and my right one doesnt feel like that, it feels normal. The lump by the left ovary feels like it connects to the bigger lump thats moving around in my stomach. Please help me.

hi healthcare magic user, if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get pelvic ultrasound with color Doppler to rule out any malignancy,
If any mass is not visible on ultrasound it could be due to constipation. Impacted faeces will give such type of pain.
If their is ovarian cyst then would go for Tumor markers to rule out malignancy.
