Suggest Remedy For Patch In Eye ,pain In Eye And Head And Nose Bleed After Head Injury

I am 19, female. Wednesday just passed I was round a friends and had a fair bit to drink. I was told I fell out of bed and hit my head on a door frame. There is no mark when I hit which is on my left eyebrow and between my hair line and eyebrow above my left eye. Yesterday, (Friday) I now have a really bad bloodshot eye. There is a large patch around 1cm in the top left corner of my eye, and this morning (saturday) there is a small patch when I look up.
I am getting pains in my eye, my head where I hit, and other places of my head. Also I feel weak and very weird sensations, feels dizzy but not to that extent. I also had a nose bleed the night (wednesday) before threw up, which came all of a sudden.

I then threw up around 4 times that night, twice the next day as I stopped eating and drinking as anything I had came straight back up. I decided at 11:30 Thursday night to have a drink, and 1 hour later it came back up.

I am now able to eat and drink while keeping it down. But am eating light.

Should I go and see a doctor?

Kind Reguards.

Hi. The symptoms that concern me are (1) fall with head injury an amnesia of events, (2) vomiting, (3) subconjunctival haemorrhage, (4) headache, (5) nasal bleeding, (6) dizziness, weakness, weird sensations. You do not give any details as to the timeline of events for where we are today, and as such I urge you to attend your nearest Emergency Department urgently, as you will likely need a CT scan of your head to exclude any intracranial or skull/facial bone injury.
