Suggest Remedy For Painful Urination With Constipation

I was on flomax for frequent urinating since Jan 20 and it was really helping around Feb25 I took 2 pills0.4mg by mistake, early the next morning I awoke with an erection I havent had in quite a while. Im 70 years old and it would not go down so I mastbated and had the most painful ejaculation . since that timeI`ve had trouble with constipation and very painful urination. I went to the ER theDoctor put me on a two dayscript ofphenazopyridine of three dimes a day and ascript of cirofloxacin hcl500 mg at two per day for 7days, I am still constipated I took magnesium citrate to relieve constipation and it has helped the painful urination at the head of my penus , when I have to go number two and have to force the painful urinating is almost unbearable what can I do?

As due to tablet for benign prostate enlargement ( flomax ) , you got erection ,because erectile disorder is a common side effect of flomax.
Anthow, you ejaculated after masturbation ( ejaculation after very very long time )and this ejaculation was in a ball form ,when it passed through URETHRA , you felt excruciating pain ( because urethra is very soft and semen in ball form causes injury ) and this pain is due to injury caused by hard semen ( in ball form ).
You took cipro and phenazopyrine for UTI.
When such case visit I prescribe lidnocaine ( xylocaine 2% for local application .
Pass xylocaine through urethral opening in urethra ,once or twice in day for 7-10 days and you will get complete cure because within this period urethral injury will heal.
As far as concerned about constipation , take laxative liquid for some times ,as this is not related to penis injury .
High fiber diet will also help .
Once you will got relief for urination ,you will get relief in constipation also.
