Suggest Remedy For Painful, Split Anus After Passing Hard Stools

hi, For the past week after passing a particularly hard stool, it feels as if my anus had spilt or torn, painful when passing stools but no other time, occasionally a little blood on the tissue but nothing other than this, mum is a nurse and has said it sounds like a tear but there is also a small amount of mucus left on the stool, again only occasionally. HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to low water intake and less fiber diet, better to have more fiber diet and drink more water even if are not thirsty, you need to keep this continue for long time and this may not give you immediate response, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
