Suggest Remedy For Painful Lumps In The Ear

I first noticed a lump behind my left ear about two weeks ago now I keep finding more like under my chin and on the sides of my neck also I have a swollen chin with a cut that leaks fluid alot I think its just swollen lymph nodes but its getting kind of painful now

Thank you for the query.

From your description this lumps are enlarged lymph nodes for sure. As you have also some discharge with pus, inflammation is the reason.
Any inflammatiin in the head area can be very serious as it is close to the brain.
So please do not wait with it. Consult laryngologist. If its an abscess, should be drainex. Antibiotic is necessary.
