Suggest Remedy For Painful Lump After Getting A Black Eye

I hit my head very hard at work and developed a black eye. It is now a week later and the black eye is a little faded but there is a painful lump on and above my brow (about the size of a quarter). It hurts to touch and move and sometimes without. Is this something normal that will go away with time? Thanks!

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having hematoma on the part and now localized.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for few days.
Apply thrombophob cream on the part.
Gradually it will be absorbed.
Ok and take care.
