General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I see patients with such complaints in my clinic routinely and I will definitely help you as well in best possible way
Looking at your history this could be any of following
Hemorrhoids
Fissure in ANO
Infected anal galnd
Abscess in perianal region

I would like further information to help you better
is there history of bleeding, loose motions or abdominal pain
your age and complete medical history

You should visit a proctologist or general surgeon for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC liver function test or a proctoscopy or per rectal examination

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Avoid constipation by taking laxative or liquid paraffin at bed time
Have plenty of dietary fibers
Have fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
Have lots of water and fruit juices
Hope this helps you
Best wishes
