Suggest Remedy For Painful And Sore Tip Of Pointer Finger

The tip of my right pointer finger started feeling sore. So I kind of pull my skin away fromy nail a tad and It looks like there s a cut and it s really sore. I recently clipped my fingernails so that might be what caused it but how do I help fix the pain?

Please clean with betadine and dress it with an antiseptic cream. keep your arm raised. Take injection of TT
Oral antibiotics will be better for quik relief.
