Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello again,

Symptoms of your tongue and lip suggest cortical/cranial nerve involvement.
I will advise MRI brain with MRI spine to see for neurological involvement.

It can be related to your previous symptoms.
Till time start methylcobalamine and other neurotropic medication.
Have you checked your blood sugar levels? , are they normal?

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
