Suggest Remedy For Pain In Testicles

hello i am 17 years old and I feel pain in my left testicle when it is being pressed against something and swells too.Sometimes it expands when swelling and constract when not...And for the pass three years,I have not consult any doctor after my testicle is being punched somehow harder for once.I want to know if this affects my testicle from producing sperms,and that if it is not removed does it have any side effects in me...like any diseases?Also it is necessary to remove it and does a damaged testicles not remove cause testicle cancer?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history and understanding of the problems you may / can have.

When the problem is related to your future life , you should have seen / consulted the Urologist. You also need to undergo high resolution ultrasonography and color dopper studies and if required MRI to exclude cancer as you have thought very correctly.
The trauma can not cause such problem as you have though or it (testis) should have been a small thing.

Now you are still getting pain, it enlarges or gets reduced too.
To know about the sperms , you need to undergo a test of semen analysis.
I is not necessary to remove such testis unless and until cancer is suspected or diagnosed.
