Suggest Remedy For Pain In Legs When Recovering From Flu

So, I m an RN, and try not to worry too much, but I ve had the flu for a week. I m feeling somewhat better, but since last night my skin feels so cold it almost feels wet and I have had pretty intense throbbing in my buttocks and throughout my entire legs. Is this normal?
