Suggest Remedy For Pain In Head After Injury
Doctor, my mother fell down 3 days back and has got head injury and she is taking Levipil 500 mg since 3 days. she is having heart problems and for that she is taking medicions including aspirin(blood thinner) and in her recent report preliminary kindney problem has started. Now she has stopped Levipil and now she is feeling pain in the back side of the head where the wound happened. Kindly suggest has she to continue the Levipil 500 mg?

levetiracetam is a one of the commonly prescribed anti convulsant drug. Before starting the drug kindly consult with your treating physician once.
It is impractical on my part to give you any suggestions regarding its use, as the information provided by you here appears inadequate. Information lacking in the sense of having any vomiting, seizure episode, severe headache. If u have only pain on the wound site without any other symptoms mentioned above. I would suggest to take some analgecis like hifenac-p for 2 days. If u have the above mentioned symptoms i would advise to consult your treating physician once.
