Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pain in gums when you bite down seems to be due to inflammation in the gums and is most probably due to inflammation in gums due to infection leading to Gingivitis or Periodontitis[in case if there is loss of gum attachment and loose teeth]..

I would suggest you consult an oral physician or a Periodontist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like panoromic x ray can help in diagnosis and treated accordingly..

You can be advised a thorough Scaling and curettage of the teeth and gums followed by gum paint massages daily..
A course of antibiotics to be taken orally and antiseptic mouthwash gargles can also help..
Do warm saline gargles..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
