ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

You may have an infection in the ear and in any case if you do have cold and cough it makes sense to get an ENT consult as soon as possible so that a proper treatment can be done

It goes without saying that whether this particular pain is related to smoking or not, you must reduce and finally stop smoking as soon as possible

regards

Dr Sriram Nathan
